About the role
Greystar is looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to design, develop, and launch AI‑powered products that streamline the management, leasing, and optimization of its global real‑estate portfolio. You will work at the intersection of modern application engineering and applied AI, delivering end‑to‑end solutions from data pipelines to user interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement full‑stack applications that incorporate LLMs, predictive models, and intelligent automation.
- Build performant front‑end experiences and robust back‑end services.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are reliable, responsible, and impactful.
- Contribute to the D2AI team’s platform, processes, and best practices for AI deployment across the organization.
Required profile
- Strong fluency in AI concepts and experience integrating AI/ML into production systems.
- Proven ability to work across the full technology stack and partner effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to submit a short video demonstrating past use of AI tools in your engineering workflow.
Required skills
- Full‑stack development (frontend and backend).
- AI/ML integration, including large language models and predictive modeling.
- Experience with AI‑enabled tools for code generation, debugging, or documentation.
