Director, Global Product Management - Platform Growth & Optimization

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Global Product Management to lead platform growth and optimization within its Operational Intelligence team. The role focuses on accelerating commercialization of the payment reconciliation intelligence platform, improving usability, scalability, and operational performance while generating new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for the Payment Reconciliation Intelligence solution.
• Identify high‑impact product and process enhancements across the end‑to‑end payment lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Technology, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, retention and monetization through data‑driven insights and analytics.
• Translate complex payment flows into simpler, cost‑effective customer experiences.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in product management for large‑scale payment or financial technology platforms.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement, reconciliation and operational performance.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a connector across product, technology, sales and operations.
