Fulfillment NPI Coordinator

About the role

The Fulfillment NPI Coordinator ensures that new product introductions are supported with the right spares and resources, enabling smooth launches for critical semiconductor and display technologies. This full‑time position works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, milestones, and resource plans for new product introductions.
• Monitor and report on project costs, resource utilization, and schedule adherence.
• Document all phases of product and process development and ensure information transfer across functional areas.
• Maintain compliance with engineering lab notebook, patent, confidentiality, and safety policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional staff to maximize productivity and ensure spares availability for critical releases.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in your discipline with basic knowledge of related areas.
• Understanding of best practices and how your function integrates with others in a competitive market.
• Ability to lead small projects, solve complex problems, and make sound judgments.
• Strong communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus.
