Front Desk Attendant

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing, reliable, and coachable Front Desk Attendant to join our Lincoln Park club. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and safe environment while upholding FFC’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members by name and create a positive first impression.
• Check‑in members and guests, manage access to the club.
• Serve as liaison between current/prospective members and the Membership Department.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and address member questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the front desk, including cash handling and drawer balancing.
• Take payments as needed and process transactions accurately.
• Attend required department and club staff meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and coworkers.
