Founding Product Designer

About the role

As a Founding Product Designer at Clarion, you will shape both the visual brand and AI voice experiences that power healthcare communication. You will work onsite in New York, collaborating daily with the founding team to build a design system that scales with rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own Clarion’s entire design language, from brand identity to product interfaces and sales materials.
• Design AI voice experiences that feel human, crafting conversation flows, dialogue scripts, and interaction patterns.
• Create intuitive dashboards and tools that simplify complex AI capabilities for healthcare teams.
• Bridge visual and auditory experiences so what users see perfectly complements what patients hear.
• Build a design system from scratch, establishing visual guidelines, component libraries, and voice interaction patterns.
• Ship brand assets at startup speed, including pitch decks, product demos, and conference materials.

Required profile

• 3+ years of design experience with a portfolio that showcases both brand and product work.
• Full‑stack designer comfortable moving from brand strategy to UI design to copywriting within the same day.
• Systems thinker able to create scalable frameworks for visual and conversational interfaces.
• Excited to work onsite daily in the NYC office and collaborate in person.
