Founding Engineer – AI Enterprise Platform

About the role

We are a stealth-mode, well‑funded startup building an AI‑driven platform that modernises legacy enterprise systems for Global 2000 companies. As a Founding Engineer you will shape the product from zero to one, own its core infrastructure, and work closely with early customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the secure connector and runtime that integrates with complex enterprise environments.
• Build the developer tooling and user experience used daily by engineering teams.
• Develop the analysis and planning engine that transforms legacy code into modern, verifiable solutions.
• Collaborate with customers on high‑impact projects and translate feedback into product road‑map.
• Establish engineering standards, culture, and hiring practices for the founding team.

Required profile

• Ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward rapid, high‑quality delivery.
• Comfortable learning new stacks and tackling ambiguous problems.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑augmented development workflows, including prompt engineering and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Familiarity with LangGraph or similar agentic workflow frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience building low‑latency inference services and token‑level observability.
• Background in program analysis, developer tooling, or code generation.
