Founder's Associate

About the role

As the Founder’s Associate at hypercubic, you will work directly with the CEO to tackle the company’s most critical challenges. The role is intentionally broad, allowing you to shift between go‑to‑market initiatives, recruiting, operations, partnerships, fundraising, and more, depending on what matters most at any given time.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑priority projects across GTM, recruiting, operations, and company building.
• Advance complex enterprise opportunities from initial conversation through pilot and close.
• Research new markets, customers, partnerships, conferences, and distribution channels.
• Design and implement systems and processes that increase company speed and efficiency.
• Support rapid hiring by managing recruiting pipelines and candidate communications.
• Prepare high‑stakes materials for customers, partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Own ambiguous problems that lack a clear owner and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

• Exceptional reliability – close loops and make others confident you will deliver.
• Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
• Low ego – focus on outcomes, whether the work is glamorous or gritty.
• Strong judgment and ability to distinguish mediocre from excellent work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives, engineers, candidates, customers, and partners.
