Floor Staff – Box Office, Concessions, Usher – $18/hr

About the role

Regal is seeking enthusiastic floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences at its La Verne location. You will work across the Box Office, Concession Stand, and as an Usher, handling cash, serving food, and guiding patrons to their seats.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Box Office POS system, manage cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards and tickets.
• Promote premium viewing options (3D, RPX, IMAX) and the Regal Crown Club program.
• Run the Concession POS, handle cash, process payments, and maintain inventory.
• Prepare, operate, and clean concession equipment while complying with food‑safety regulations.
• Perform usher duties: ticket collection, crowd control, seat assistance, and auditorium inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, lobby, restrooms and surrounding areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and in‑person in line with service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to follow company dress code and safety policies.
• Legal eligibility to sell/serve alcohol where applicable.
• Completion of required training on harassment, discrimination and safety.
