Floating Maintenance Technician – Seattle & Eastside

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its Seattle and Eastside portfolio. The role supports the McKenzie community and additional properties, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical repairs across multiple properties.
• Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to service requests.
• Ensure all areas meet safety and appearance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a property management or similar environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
