Floating Leasing Professional – The Atlas

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Floating Leasing Professional to join The Atlas community in Herriman, Utah. In this role you will drive leasing, marketing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and coordinate lease renewal efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost occupancy and retention.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced leasing environment.

Required skills

• Leasing and sales experience in residential real estate.
• Knowledge of credit and background screening processes.
