Financial Controller – Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner to support a dedicated business area within an international organisation. The role will partner with the business, drive budgeting and forecasting, perform profitability analysis and deliver insights that guide decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget/forecast.
• Analyse profitability across business dimensions.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies.
• Improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deep‑dive into data.
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven and problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CCH Tagetik (strong advantage).
• Knowledge of IFRS (advantage).
