Finance Systems and Automation Manager

About the role

Cohere is seeking a Finance Systems and Automation Manager to lead the full lifecycle of its NetSuite ERP environment and drive automation across finance workflows. You will partner with finance, operations, IT and engineering teams to build scalable, compliant solutions that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own NetSuite ERP architecture, configuration, integration development and roadmap planning for GL, AP, AR, Procure‑to‑Pay, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Audit and International Consolidations.
• Drive end‑to‑end process excellence for Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay, closing gaps between upstream systems and ERP.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation opportunities to replace manual finance processes.
• Establish operational controls, change‑management, data‑governance frameworks and SLAs to ensure audit readiness and SOX compliance.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades and third‑party integrations while maintaining data integrity and reliability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on NetSuite ERP administration across multiple financial modules.
• Deep expertise in AP, AR, GL, month‑end close and consolidation workflows.
• Experience implementing AI/LLM automation solutions in finance contexts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field.
