Finance Manager - Pre-Opening Private Members Club

About the role

Paris Society is developing a new private members club in Key Biscayne, Miami, set to open in Spring 2027, and is seeking a Finance Manager to join its pre-opening team. The role is part of the property's leadership team and covers financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cost control, compliance and business performance, working closely with operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and operational efficiency
• Work with the Managing Director and department leaders to develop budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans
• Analyse performance across revenue streams and support business decisions
• Drive cost control while supporting a best-in-class guest and member experience
• Oversee month-end and year-end reporting and ensure compliance with accounting principles
• Support pre-opening activities such as budgeting, capital expenditure tracking and operational readiness planning
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Partner with corporate finance, ownership stakeholders, auditors and external advisors, and ensure compliance with financial, accounting, tax and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Hospitality finance experience in luxury hotels, private members clubs, restaurants, resorts or lifestyle hospitality brands
• Previous pre-opening experience strongly preferred; experience in a private members club highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred
