Field Technician II

About the role

The Field Technician II will perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on Vinmar International's equipment at customer sites. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic Frac‑Chem environment while providing direct support to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain field equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose product and service issues.
• Maintain accurate service reports and customer interaction logs.
• Deliver excellent customer service during site visits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to complete projects on time.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a technical or field service role is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
