Field Service Representative

About the role

The Field Service Representative reports to the Operations Chief and is responsible for ensuring accountability and control of government, customer, and company property in compliance with regulations and corporate policies. The role involves maintaining property records, conducting inventories, analyzing lifecycle outcomes, and preparing for audits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accountability and chain of custody for government‑furnished and contractor‑acquired property across multiple programs.
• Perform routine internal audits, coordinate sponsor‑required audits, and prepare special‑purpose reports for leadership and government representatives.
• Design and deliver training programs on government property processes and responsibilities.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of property, including acquisition, maintenance, disposition, and contract closeout verification.
• Manage security, general maintenance, safety, and stock of a small facility, including supervising contractors.

Required profile

• At least three years of inventory experience and one year of government property experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in aviation or defense is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain a DOD TS/SCI clearance.
• Must pass a DOT/FAA regulated drug screening.
