Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide expert technical support and service execution for customers across the Gulf region. The role involves both onsite and remote troubleshooting of control panels, PLCs, electrical systems, and pump equipment, while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting onsite and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in control panels, PLCs, electrical systems, and pumps.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new service and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
• Act as a trusted technical partner for regional customers.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in automation, electrical, or maritime engineering.
• Background in Electrical, Automation, or Maritime Engineering preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with PLCs, controls, and electrical installations.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical/mechanical systems.
• Maritime industry experience strongly preferred.

• Permanent employment based in Lafayette, LA.
• Salary range $80,000 – $90,000 per hour.
