Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze public/federal RFP requirements.
• Manage subcontractor solicitations and compile both hard‑bid and conceptual estimates.
• Participate in value‑engineering sessions for public‑agency projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and project teams to develop realistic budgets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of commercial or public‑works estimating experience.
• Expert‑level understanding of public bid processes, unit pricing, and subcontractor networks.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as On‑Center, Bluebeam, and WinEst.
