Family Medicine Physician – California

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our multi‑site primary care network across several California communities. The role involves delivering comprehensive adult and pediatric outpatient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care services including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up visits.
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Support and guide patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, peer‑review activities, and team meetings.
• Assist in developing clinical programs, protocols, and staff training.

Required profile

• Valid California medical license with no disciplinary history.
• Board certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current DEA registration and BCLS certification.
• Experience in adult and pediatric outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations; familiarity with Medi‑Cal, CHDP, FPACT, and Title X programs is preferred.
