Factory Team Lead – Production Operations

About the role

Factory Team Leader supports the Supervisor in leading, guiding and mentoring production operators and technicians, ensuring safe, high‑quality and on‑time delivery of KONE components.

Key responsibilities

• Study production schedules, estimate work‑hour requirements and allocate operatives to work stations.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders, assign duties and maintain production records.
• Drive safety, productivity and quality together with the supervisor and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Train operatives on new tasks and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance measures such as shift productivity, direct working hours, lost time, rework and scrap reduction.

Required profile

• Solid experience in manufacturing/operational processes and leading production teams.
• Good knowledge of component installation processes and quality requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• High school diploma and basic English proficiency.
• Computer literacy; MS Office and SAP are a plus.
