Facilities Associate – Onsite Maintenance for Healthcare Centers

About the role

Habitat Health is seeking a Facilities Associate to oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of its PACE program centers in California. The role ensures that all building systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting the organization’s mission to help older adults live well at home.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect building structures to identify repair and renovation needs.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all sites.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with facility‑related vendors.
• Oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Participate in required training, staff meetings, and continuing‑education classes.
• Maintain professional affiliations and any necessary certifications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric or healthcare setting.
