Experienced Agency Recruiter – Remote

About the role

Jobot is seeking seasoned agency recruiters to join its remote‑first team. You will leverage advanced technology and a collaborative culture to match top talent with leading companies across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and place candidates for a variety of client roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation.
• Utilize Jobot’s proprietary software Jax and AI assistant Jeni to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client hiring managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency recruiting experience with a proven placement record.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruiting technology platforms (e.g., ATS, CRM).
• Experience using AI‑enhanced tools for candidate sourcing.
