About the role
Coursera is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. The role is the primary administrative partner for the CEO and works closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Protect and maximize the CEO’s time through precise calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow‑up actions for executive meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO office and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and access.
- Support the Chief of Staff in operational initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
- Maintain the administrative infrastructure for the executive leadership team to operate with speed and precision.
Required profile
- Strong operations mindset with the ability to bring structure to high‑complexity environments.
- Exceptional agility and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to protect senior leadership time and prioritize tasks effectively.
