Event Sales Manager – Corporate & Private Events

About the role
The Events Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle for Rancher Hat Bar’s event packages, working with corporate and private clients across the United States. You will respond to inquiries, nurture relationships, and close deals that drive revenue and brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to all new event inquiries the same day via email and phone.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in‑person meetings with prospective clients.
- Sell event packages and related products to nationwide companies, retailers, hospitality venues, wedding parties, and private groups.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline and track conversion metrics.
- Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, contracts, and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain accurate event and client records using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive).
- Collaborate daily with the existing Events Manager to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent the brand.
Required profile
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strong relationship‑building capabilities with event planners, venues, and corporate partners.
