Event & Lifestyle Coordinator at The Ivy

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role handles move‑ins, resident events, and all sales‑and‑marketing activities for The Ivy at Draper.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, oversee loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare amenities for tours and resident use, keeping them in optimal condition.
• Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs, measuring outcomes with assessment metrics.
• Maintain a database of local restaurants, shops, and services, providing recommendations to residents.
• Manage the Lifestyle email account, create marketing materials, and promote events through newsletters and flyers.
• Contribute to budget planning for resident‑retention activities and monitor expenses.
