About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team remotely. The role is fully remote and open to candidates residing in West Chester, Pennsylvania. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining customer, account, and operational data across our internal systems, providing a solid foundation for a career in data management.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input customer, account and operational information into company databases.
• Review submitted data for completeness, correct formatting, and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital records across multiple client accounts.
• Meet daily accuracy and productivity targets set by management.
• Communicate task updates and questions to team leads via email and messaging platforms.
• Handle all information with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with document formatting, file management, and general administrative support.
• Participate in brief team check‑ins and training sessions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume data tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without supervision.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
