About the role
We are seeking an Entry Level Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Palo Alto. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and eager to develop technical expertise in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support to end‑users, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Deliver prompt, courteous customer service, assisting users with technical problems.
- Participate in special projects and handle non‑technical tasks as required.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Team player who can handle conflicts professionally and work with minimal supervision.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, flexible and committed to following established procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows 10 operating system.
- Familiarity with macOS (preferred).
- Experience in a corporate help‑desk or desktop support setting (preferred).
