Embedded Operator – Cybersecurity Platform

About the role

Method Security is looking for an Embedded Operator to work directly with customers on its autonomous cyber‑defense platform. The role blends hands‑on security operations, platform administration, and user enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable security outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Method platform alongside users, developing best practices and driving security wins.
• Map user technical workflows and translate them into scoped product opportunities for the Method product team.
• Develop and embed new security tradecraft directly into the platform.
• Deploy, debug, and integrate the platform into customer environments and existing security stacks.
• Troubleshoot platform operations, provide training, and support users in daily missions.

Required profile

• Technical background – degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent professional cyber‑operator experience.
• Prior experience as a national cyber operator, red‑team member, penetration tester, security analyst, or engineer.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to deepen cybersecurity expertise if prior experience is limited.
• Ability to work closely with a Deployment Lead and translate mission needs into platform value.
