Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the role

Electrical Maintenance Technicians at Anheuser‑Busch work alongside production teams in a high‑speed brewery environment to improve equipment reliability and ensure top‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 480‑volt, 3‑phase machinery and power distribution systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and variable speed drives (Allen Bradley, ControlLogix, Siemens).
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in SAP and CMMS.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years of industrial electrical or programming experience.
• Ability to work off‑shifts, overtime, and in varying temperatures.

Required skills

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC5, ControlLogix, and Siemens PLCs.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and motor control systems up to 480 V.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and CMMS.
• Understanding of process controls, instrumentation, calibration, hydraulics and pneumatics.
