About the role
Kelly is seeking an Education Talent Advisor to join its Indianapolis team. In this position you will help drive employee engagement, development, and performance while supporting the organization’s talent strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
- Design and run programs that improve redeployment, retention, skill development, and communication efficiency.
- Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
- Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality services that meet customer needs.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of HR and staffing practices, including onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
- Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
- Results‑oriented, hardworking, with strong attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.
- Effective communication skills across multiple management levels.
Required skills

- Base salary range of $51,300 – $68,400 per year, commensurate with experience.
