Education Recruiter – Full-time in Lakeland, FL

About the role

The Education Recruiter at Kelly will design, develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs, act as a brand ambassador, and manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the Lakeland area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing recruiting strategies to achieve fulfillment goals.
• Represent the Kelly brand by building relationships with clients, community organizations and educational centers.
• Handle full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for assigned locations.
• Attend job fairs, recruiting events and other talent‑acquisition activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % locally for recruiting events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
