eCollections Manager

About the role

Credit Control, LLC is seeking an experienced eCollections Manager to lead digital collection strategies across a diverse client portfolio. The role focuses on optimizing SMS, email, and emerging digital channels to boost consumer engagement, liquidation performance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital collection strategies for all client portfolios.
• Manage and optimize SMS, email, and other digital outreach campaigns to increase engagement and recovery rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA, and state regulations.
• Oversee vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and assist with platform integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital communications, collections, or customer‑engagement programs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience handling large data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of consumer‑engagement strategies across SMS and email channels.
