Early Intervention Coordinator (Hybrid)

About the role

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Early Intervention Coordinator to support its network of pediatric therapy providers in the Conshohocken, PA area. Working in a hybrid model, you will act as a liaison between the onboarding team, clinical director, and early‑intervention (EI) providers to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Onboarding/Credentialing team and Clinical Director with onboarding and off‑boarding EI providers.
• Provide EI providers with essential information, set up access to required systems, and distribute ID badges.
• Receive, process, and monitor EI referrals, ensuring timelines and script requirements are met.
• Manage provider caseloads, assign students to confirmed providers, maintain staffing lists, and handle caseload transitions.
• Address billing inquiries, coordinate trial items/resources, manage documentation, and track yearly training hours for EI providers.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of office management or administrative support experience.
• Highly organized with strong multi‑tasking and follow‑through abilities.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in special education or early‑intervention programs is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
