Dual Site Maintenance Technician - Canyon Crest & Canyon Ridge

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Dual Site Maintenance Technician to support its Canyon Crest and Canyon Ridge communities. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing components whenever possible.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Familiarity with Yardi property management software is preferred.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
