Director - Working Capital & Assistant Treasurer

About the role

The Director of Working Capital & Assistant Treasurer leads the treasury function and centralized order entry operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, efficient working‑capital management, and smooth order‑to‑cash execution. Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance, this senior finance leader partners with Accounting, FP&A, Sales, Legal, Deal Desk and executive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day‑to‑day leadership for the accounts receivable team, driving performance, training and growth.
• Own end‑to‑end treasury operations, including daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting and short‑ and long‑term cash planning.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, bank account governance, signatory controls and standard operating procedures.
• Manage banking relationships, account openings/closings, fee negotiations and service performance reviews.
• Oversee centralized order entry through to accounts receivable, ensuring high‑quality revenue and billing processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to embed disciplined cash management and scalable controls.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in treasury, working‑capital or order‑to‑cash functions.
• Strong people‑management skills with a track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust financial policies and controls.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with senior stakeholders.
