Director, Talent Delivery (Remote)

About the role

The Director, Talent Delivery will lead global fulfillment teams that source, screen, engage, and manage candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. This remote position focuses on delivering a white‑glove recruitment experience for Fortune 100 clients while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior client delivery and Operational Excellence leaders to execute strategic initiatives and maintain service level agreements.
• Monitor performance trends, adjust goals, and forecast resources to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management of fulfillment teams, including hiring and termination decisions.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing to design innovative sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines and NPS.
• Manage P&L for the fulfillment function, identifying cost‑efficiency opportunities while preserving service quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and client‑specific guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years managing operational delivery teams.
• Global and offshore experience.
• Proven P&L management experience and ability to optimize financial performance.
