Director / Senior Director of Product Management

About the role

This remote, strategic leadership position is focused on building innovative SaaS security‑operations solutions for enterprise customers. You will shape product vision, drive roadmap execution, and influence go‑to‑market strategies while collaborating across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of security‑operations and enterprise SaaS product offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers and Designers, overseeing key product modules.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to deliver scalable, customer‑centric solutions.
• Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities and support pricing strategies.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post‑release optimization.
• Translate business needs into structured product features, user stories, and development priorities.
• Drive go‑to‑market plans and coordinate successful product launches.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, improve adoption, and enhance ARR growth.
• Monitor product usage metrics and implement initiatives to boost engagement.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools and modern product‑management practices to improve decision‑making and product quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of SaaS product‑management experience, including at least 3 years managing complex integration‑heavy products.
• Proven expertise in defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading full product‑lifecycle initiatives.
• Strong B2B experience with enterprise‑level or Fortune 500 customers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product teams in fast‑growth environments.
