Director, SAP Technology & Solutions

About the role

Moog is seeking a Director of SAP Technology & Solutions to lead the technical delivery of its Business Modernization Program, a large‑scale ERP transformation across the global enterprise. The role combines solution architecture, resource planning, quality assurance, governance and executive stakeholder engagement for a complex SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA technical delivery, overseeing architecture, design, build, testing, cut‑over and go‑live activities.
• Manage cross‑functional teams including Basis, security, development, integration, data, testing and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal resources, external partners, contractors and on‑shore/off‑shore teams to ensure disciplined execution.
• Drive governance, quality assurance and risk management aligned with program scope, timeline and budget.
• Engage senior executives and stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, SAP, EA) preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP, enterprise technology delivery or large‑scale ERP transformations.
• Proven leadership of SAP technical teams across multiple disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a strong advantage.
