Director, Product Operations – Spares SBU

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a senior leader to head product operations for the Spares Business Unit. The role drives product strategy, governance and performance across Field Performance Management (FPM), Repair and On‑Demand services, ensuring scalable, product‑centric operating models and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi‑year product roadmap aligned to growth, margin and cost objectives for FPM, Repair and On‑Demand.
• Establish product KPIs, executive reporting and governance frameworks to capture value and reduce leakage.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Operations on key performance indicators.
• Drive adoption of product offerings, enhance customer trust and support key account strategies.
• Build and develop a global team of product line managers and product managers, fostering talent and culture transformation.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in product management, supply chain or semiconductor services with proven P&L and portfolio management.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with FPM, Repair or service models and exposure to Tier‑1 customers such as TSMC, Samsung or Intel.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
