About the role

Pacifica Christian High School seeks an entrepreneurial and relational leader to shape the student experience across campus. As Director of Student Life, you will champion a joyful, mission‑aligned culture where students grow in faith, friendship, service, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead Associate Students meetings twice weekly and attend weekly Executive Council meetings.
• Oversee all major student life events, including All‑School Retreat, Friendsgiving, dances, and heritage dinners.
• Support school spirit at select athletic and arts events, promoting a Christ‑centered environment.
• Collaborate with academic, athletics, arts, and advancement leaders to integrate student life programming.
• Manage service‑learning initiatives, student‑led clubs, and the House System.
• Coordinate with city offices, local businesses, non‑profits, and other partners for event logistics and facility use.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to build trust with teenagers and foster a vibrant community.
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for Christian formation.
• Experience in overseeing large‑scale events and extracurricular programs.
