About the role
Clarity Pediatrics is transforming pediatric specialty care by partnering with pediatricians to deliver expert, evidence‑based care for children with chronic conditions. The Director of Provider Growth Marketing will own the strategy, systems and execution that accelerate provider referrals and position Clarity as the leading specialty partner for pediatricians.
Key responsibilities

- Build the communications, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and channel strategy that create an exceptional experience from first touch through long‑term partnership.
- Develop scalable education programs—including webinars, clinical presentations, speaking engagements, and thought leadership—to position Clarity as the trusted chronic‑care referral partner.
- Create messaging, content, tools, and assets that enable physician liaisons and enterprise teams to win new business and grow existing partnerships.
- Lead event and field marketing strategy, maximizing the impact of conferences, regional events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
- Define metrics, build reporting, and use data to improve engagement, referral growth, and marketing ROI.
- Champion AI‑first marketing by adopting AI and automation to improve speed, personalization, campaign performance, and team productivity.
Required profile
- 8‑10+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years in provider, field, product, or account‑based marketing in healthcare.
- Builder mentality with a track record of creating growth initiatives from scratch in high‑growth or early‑stage companies.
- Competitive drive to win, energized by ambitious goals and direct impact on business outcomes.
- Exceptional communicator able to translate complex ideas into compelling messaging for clinicians and executives.
- AI‑first mindset, constantly experimenting with emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Bias toward action, prioritizing impact over perfection and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
- Trusted partner who builds strong relationships across sales, clinical, product, and executive teams.
- Passion for startup life, comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from a top program preferred.
What we offer
- Salary range: $165K–$200K per year, depending on experience.
- Competitive equity package in a well‑funded early‑stage company.
- Medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
