Director of Product Management – Cloud Network Platform

About the role

Vistance Networks is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of RUCKUS One, its AI‑driven cloud‑native network management platform. This high‑visibility role will shape how AI, automation, and cloud architecture deliver next‑generation network management for enterprise IT teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi‑year product roadmap for RUCKUS One, covering cloud management, security, and platform extensibility.
• Define an AI‑forward product vision and translate market trends, customer research, and competitive intelligence into a prioritized strategy.
• Partner with engineering to deliver high‑quality releases, set feature scope, acceptance criteria, and launch readiness.
• Track product metrics such as adoption, NPS, retention, and AI feature utilization.
• Engage directly with enterprise IT leaders, network architects, and managed service providers to validate roadmap priorities.
• Represent RUCKUS One at industry events and synthesize competitive intelligence into product positioning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a director or senior PM leadership role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking, campus Wi‑Fi, switching, and cloud management platforms.
• Proven track record shipping AI/ML‑powered product features at scale.
• Experience owning a cloud SaaS product end‑to‑end, from strategy through launch.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to lead in a matrixed, fast‑paced organization.

Required skills

• AI/ML integration, predictive analytics, and agentic AI concepts.
• Cloud SaaS platform development and management.
• Enterprise networking technologies, including Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7, MIMO, and 802.11 standards.
• Familiarity with platforms such as RUCKUS One, Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central.

• Total compensation ranging from $160,000 to $220,000 per year.
