Director, Product Management

About the role

As Director of Product Management at Vistance Networks, you will lead the evolution of the company’s industry‑leading Wi‑Fi access point portfolio, shaping platform strategy, silicon‑to‑cloud integration, and end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Wi‑Fi product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and understand customer requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and translate insights into product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure efficient roadmap execution within timelines and budgets.
• Lead product development, including feature prioritization, specification definition, and project execution.
• Plan and execute product launches, creating marketing and sales materials and overseeing go‑to‑market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, making data‑driven decisions to optimize offerings.
• Manage financial aspects of the WAP product line, including pricing, profitability analysis, and budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of product management experience, 15+ years in networking or technology fields.
• Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies and market trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Base salary range $160,000–$230,000 per year.
