Director of Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations & Supply Chain to lead operational planning and execution across inventory, logistics, fulfillment, vendor management, and customer experience. This senior position will build scalable infrastructure and best‑in‑class processes for direct‑to‑consumer, wholesale, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply planning aligned with demand forecasts and commercial goals.
• Own supplier strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage performance of manufacturers and 3PL partners.
• Optimize fulfillment and logistics operations for DTC and B2B channels, overseeing transportation, warehousing, and global import/export compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Product teams on Sales & Operations Planning, balancing service levels, inventory, and working capital.
• Establish and track operational KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee customer support operations to improve satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability.
