Director of Operations

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Operations to lead production, maintenance, and blending teams at its Mainstreet Manufacturing site. This senior leader will drive world‑class manufacturing performance in support of the North American Operating Unit’s supply‑chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production operations across Thermal and Juice businesses, collaborating with Center of Excellence functions.
• Develop long‑range manufacturing network strategy and capacity plans that enable continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
• Manage human and financial resources, including capital planning for buildings, equipment, and assets.
• Ensure financial sustainability through manufacturing finance controls such as absorptions, variable overheads, and inventory variance management.
• Implement and monitor World Class Manufacturing System tools, leading indicators, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with TCCMS, HACCP, and GMP programs across the regional supply chain.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports.
• Support the General Manager in achieving key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7‑10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations and supply‑chain leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in manufacturing finance.
