Director of Go-To-Market Operations

About the role

Code Metal is seeking a Director of Go‑To‑Market Operations to own and scale the acquisition engine that drives new‑business growth. The role partners with GTM leadership to translate product priorities into coordinated execution across marketing and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel, ensuring pipeline health, conversion rates and new‑logo attainment.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the GTM motion and improve rep productivity.
• Design and launch sales plays and GTM programs that generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
• Partner with analysts to turn pipeline data into actionable insights and drive measurable impact.
• Define and manage operating cadences for forecasting, pipeline reviews and business reviews.
• Maintain and evolve the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation and sales engagement tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years in Revenue, Sales or Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of improving GTM funnel performance and delivering revenue outcomes.
• Experience leading cross‑functional ops and analytics teams, including hiring and coaching.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and drive change management initiatives.
