Director, Gross-to-Net

About the role

The Director, Gross-to-Net leads Servier’s financial stewardship for revenue recognition, long‑range forecasting and analytical modeling of gross‑to‑net deductions. Reporting to the Executive Director, U.S. Pricing and Contracting, you will ensure GTN reporting is accurate, compliant and transparent while supporting finance and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and quarter‑end GTN accrual process, reconciling actuals to forecasts and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and maintain multi‑year GTN models, variance analyses and “what‑if” simulations to support strategic planning and budgeting.
• Own the Revenue Management System, guarantee data integrity across CMS, ERP (SAP/Oracle) and third‑party aggregators.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Contract Operations, Government Reporting, Brands and Finance to align assumptions and data sources.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, and serve as primary contact for auditors and the Pricing Committee.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years in pharma finance, with at least 5 years focused on GTN accounting, revenue management or government operations.
• Proven experience building complex long‑range revenue models and performing actual‑to‑accrual variance analysis.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP revenue recognition and pharmaceutical accrual methodologies.
• Therapeutic experience in oncology or rare diseases is highly preferred.
