Director, Client Analytics Services

About the role

Veeva’s Crossix team helps life‑sciences companies turn big data into actionable marketing insights. As Director of Client Analytics Services you will lead client engagements, showcase analytics products, and drive adoption of the Crossix Data Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a significant book of business and nurture client relationships.
• Advise clients on life‑sciences marketing decisions using Crossix data and products.
• Execute business goals, including client adoption and strategic use of data.
• Serve as a trusted strategic point of contact, ensuring customer success.
• Lead project teams to deliver scoped analytics work.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members on best practices.
• Storytell with data, providing strategic direction for accounts.
• Support product development through client feedback.

Required profile

• 8+ years in an analytical role.
• 5+ years of client‑facing experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to anticipate issues.
• Proven experience leading consultative analytics engagements.
• Excellent project‑management skills.
