Manager - Client Analytics Services

About the role

Veeva’s Crossix team helps life‑sciences companies turn big data into actionable marketing insights. As a Manager of Client Analytics Services you will guide clients in using the Crossix Data Platform to improve DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Inform and advise clients on life‑sciences marketing decisions using Crossix analytics products.
• Lead the delivery of data interpretation, insights, and storytelling for client engagements.
• Act as the internal quarterback for assigned accounts, ensuring successful customer outcomes.
• Manage projects, navigate obstacles, and reprioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Represent Veeva in client meetings, building strong partner relationships and serving as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• 3+ years of client‑facing experience delivering insights.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
