About the role

The Boston Celtics are seeking a Digital Production Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This part‑time role offers hands‑on experience supporting the digital content team during game nights and video shoots, while providing academic credit.

Key responsibilities

• Log and transcribe footage using CatDV.
• Support the digital content team on game nights.
• Assist in maintaining video equipment and digital video assets.
• Collaborate with content producers and videographers on shoots.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong interest in NBA basketball.
• Junior or senior undergraduate student, or graduate student, seeking academic credit.
• Must provide a demo reel (YouTube/Vimeo link).
• Availability to work scheduled home games and events.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Media Encoder.
• Familiarity with CatDV media asset management.

What we offer

• Part‑time schedule: 29 hours per week (September – December).
• Hourly rate of $15.00.
• Academic credit and professional experience in a major sports organization.
