Digital Product Manager

About the role

ALSO is building a vertically integrated electric vehicle ecosystem and needs a Digital Product Manager to shape the digital experience across vehicles, mobile apps, and web platforms. You will define the roadmap, translate customer insights into product requirements, and ensure a cohesive, intuitive experience for users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for vehicle interfaces, iOS and Android apps, web experiences, and fleet tools.
• Develop a multi‑year vision for ALSO’s connected ecosystem and align it with vehicle, software, and commercial initiatives.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Create seamless onboarding, remote control, service, and analytics experiences across all touchpoints.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, vehicle product managers, customer experience, and commercial teams to align priorities and drive roadmap reviews.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability studies, and analyze feedback to inform product decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in hardware‑software integrated products.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear, technically grounded requirements.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, and operations.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of vehicle technology and digital services.
